  Open Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to the store account that bought them, so make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account or Google account.

• Which rule set do you use?

  Little League rules, updated each season. Rule interpretation chapters cite the specific rule number so you can check the source.

• Can I use it without a connection?

  Yes. Quizzes and rule content work fully offline once downloaded.
